Start by notifying your district that you would like the material reviewed. Each district has a process & policy.

Each district has their own specific policy and process to review the instructional material in question. This can be found on your district’s website, filed under the board doc policies and regulations.

Please review your specific district policy prior to beginning, or reach out to your SCHOOL BOARD directly. After reviewing the policy, use the link below to complete Form 6241 to begin the process.
